Why are you cheaper than other agents?
We’re proud to charge low cost, one off payments and not tie anyone into using in-house solicitors or charge buyer’s fees. This is achieved as TUCANSELL is mostly online based and efficiently serves the Costa Blanca & Costa Cálida from one main office which handles all of the enquiries. We avoid expensive “shop front” costs and keep overheads low by maintaining a small team of like-minded professionals.
Do you charge a buyer’s fee?
No. We do not charge a buyer’s fee for any of our marketing plans as this will heavily reduce the scope of potential buyers we can attract to your property.
Do we have to use your in-house legal services?
No, not for any of our marketing plans. We work alongside a team of legal services which we will happily introduce you to, but you’re free to appoint anyone you like.
Are you an exclusive agency?
No. You are free to appoint any other agent.
Upfront payments: guarantee/incentive to sell my property?
Our most economic marketing plan, the TUCANPLAN, requires and upfront payment. We rely on a happy customer to help the business grow and to sell your home. We believe in word of mouth and great customer service plus fair price, which we endeavour to maintain. With unhappy customers, we simply do not exist.

All enquiries are responded to promptly by our multilingual team and all prospective purchasers are fully vetted before organising a viewing.
